I've read both of the author's other books on related subjects, but this one is his best book yet. In Unleashing Intellectual Capital and Hidden Assets (both of which I have dog-eared and highlighted throughout), it seems to me that the author was in a somewhat exploratory mode as he wrote. By comparison, Organizational Sweet Spot comes across as written by someone who has a firm and confident grasp on his subject; so much so that he's been able to boil it all down to its true essence.
